Before Contacting Support

To help us assist you faster, please have the following information ready:

  • Account Email: The email associated with your SmartHubs account
  • Workspace Name: Name of your organization's workspace
  • Issue Description: Clear description of the problem or question
  • Steps to Reproduce: Steps you took before encountering the issue
  • Error Messages: Any error messages or codes you received
  • Browser/Device: Browser type and version, device type
  • Screenshots: Screenshots or recordings of the issue (if applicable)

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Forgot Your Password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset instructions.

Can't Access SmartHubs?

Check that you're using a modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and have a stable internet connection. Clear your browser cache if you continue to experience issues.

Report Generation Issues?

Ensure all required fields in your audit are completed. Check that you have proper permissions to generate reports.

Can't Upload Files?

Check file size (max 50 MB), file type, and your internet connection. Try a different browser if the problem persists.

Slow Performance?

Check your internet connection speed. If using a large number of files, try archiving older evidence. Contact support if performance issues persist.
